  18. I put the file nec2.rs6000.Z in your upload directory. This is
  19. NEC2 for the IBM RS/6000, running AIX 3.2. (You need to
  20. "uncompress" it.)

  22. I did a couple of changes to the source code to do better I/O.
  23. First, the program does NOT prompt for input and output file
  24. names. It always reads and writes standard input and output. Use
  25. shell redirection with it. Second, blank lines in the input are
  26. ignored, as well as lines that begin with '$'. This makes it
  27. easier to add comments, etc.
